Currently, we ship our products throughout India. For international shipping queries, please contact our customer service team.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there’s a significant delay in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or telephone.
4. Shipping Rates & Duration
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days. Rates are based on package weight and destination.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7. Damages
Fibre Bond Industries is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
