Please note that custom-made or personalized belts may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Return Period
– If you discover a defect within 15 days after delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Authorization (RA) Number
– An RA number is required for all returns.
– Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
– Returns lacking a valid RA number may experience delays in processing.
5. Return Shipping
– You are responsible for shipping the belt back to us.
– We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to guarantee the safe return of your belt.
– Shipping costs for eligible returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be reimbursed upon receipt and examination of the item.

– Returned belts must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
– Ensure the belt is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
7. Refunds
– Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
– Refunds will be processed within 30 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned belt.
8. Exchange
– If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect belt and would like a replacement, please indicate this when initiating the return.
– Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
9. Non-Returnable Items
