1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• For Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours from the time of order confirmation without incurring any cancellation fees.
• For Bulk/Custom Orders: Orders that involve bulk quantities or customized designs can only be canceled within 12 hours of order confirmation. After this period, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total order value to cover processing costs.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. You may still initiate a return or exchange as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Special Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailability or production delays), Fibre Bond Industries reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method used during purchase. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

5. How to Cancel an Order

6. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation:

• Products that have been personalized or customized based on customer specifications.
